• Assist clients in embracing Amazon Connect solutions, ensuring effective implementation and contributing to successful outcomes for NeuraFlash, part of Accenture.
• Perform technology assessments and audits to uncover the necessity (from an ROI and outcomes standpoint) to transition to the CCaaS AWS Connect Platform, enhancing agent experience and productivity.
• Inform customers about the value proposition of AWS and engage in in-depth architectural discussions to guarantee solutions are tailored for effective cloud deployment.
• Lead business process evaluations with clients to grasp their needs and challenges. Aid in documenting these requirements to inform solution design.
• Convert overarching business objectives into actionable, clear, and well-structured user stories that development or implementation teams can utilize to create solutions.
• Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, articulating technical concepts in a clear and comprehensible manner while managing expectations and priorities.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects to review and endorse created Solution Designs, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Gather business requirements and partner with Solution Engineers, Solution Architects, and Practice Leads to develop estimates and timelines for Statements of Work.
• Provide end-user training and documentation for customers.
• Experience in customer-facing contact center roles.
• Familiarity with building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions.
• Knowledge of communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP.
• Proficiency in hands-on scripting/coding (e.g., Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js).
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a high level of comfort engaging with executives, IT management, and clients.
• Experience in API integration.
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.
• Proficient with CloudFormation, Contact Flow Design, Lambda Integration, Lex Integration, and Call Center Routing.
• Understanding of automation tools and frameworks for software development, testing, and deployment, including Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CodeDeploy.
• Knowledge of contact center architecture.
• Background in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or consulting.
• Advanced understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of contact center products from various platforms (Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Twilio, etc.).
• Experience with Workforce Management solutions.
• Experience working with outbound dialers and campaign management.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification.
• AWS Developer Associate Certification or Professional.
• AWS Solution Architect Certification or Professional.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator.
