Professional Services Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Operate at a senior level within our Professional Services team to provide exceptional Anaplan solutions for our clients within designated timelines and budget constraints.

• Convert existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business challenges into advanced Anaplan multi-dimensional models.

• Employ a consultative approach by understanding customer needs and developing a shared vision for effective solutions.

• Cultivate relationships with client personnel at suitable levels.

• Oversee progress, manage risks, and ensure that key stakeholders are kept updated on progress and anticipated outcomes.

• Set and manage expectations regarding client service delivery.

• Foster enduring relationships that extend beyond project completion.

• Innovate and implement the latest Anaplan product improvements in conjunction with our internal knowledge base.

• Share insights and learnings with colleagues.

• Actively participate in business development initiatives when not engaged with clients.

• A background in financial or multi-dimensional modeling.

• Strong expertise across key Anaplan functionalities - Certified Model Builder.

• Experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise planning.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and customer engagement abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
