• Document and report progress and productivity metrics in CRM.
• Participate in fairs, webinars, and recruitment activities.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Experience in sales of educational programs and exchanges.
• Experience with high-ticket items and managing cold leads.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate, building trust with clients.
• Initiative and proactivity, with a focus on results and resilience under pressure.
• Desirable: International experience or experience with foreign clients.
• Knowledge of English.
• Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• A multicultural, dynamic environment.
