Senior ECP Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and implement SAP ECP solutions tailored to fulfill client payroll processing needs.

• Oversee the integration between SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) and SAP ECP, ensuring seamless data flow and system compatibility.

• Create and maintain CPI integrations and SFAPI connections for efficient payroll processing and management of employee data.

• Handle replication processes from SF EC to SAP ECC, ensuring precise data mapping and synchronization.

• Diagnose and resolve integration-related issues within the SuccessFactors, CPI, and SAP ECP environments.

• Offer both technical and functional expertise on SAP ECP and HCM Payroll modules, addressing compliance and regulatory payroll requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Finance, to enhance payroll and HCM operations.

• Facilitate training sessions and provide knowledge transfer to end-users and internal teams.

• Draft technical documentation, functional specifications, and test cases for system enhancements and configurations.

• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and performance optimization to improve SAP ECP functionalities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of relevant experience in SAP ECP, SuccessFactors, and HCM Payroll.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Proficiency in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) and SFAPI for effective integration.

• Strong understanding of the replication process from SuccessFactors Employee Central to SAP ECC.

• Experience with SAP Payroll, Time Management, and Payroll Control Center (PCC) is an advantage.

• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional challenges within SAP ECP.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• SAP Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is a notable advantage.
