This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• This position entails specific revenue targets.
• Functions as a strategic leader tasked with driving revenue expansion, enhancing senior-level client relationships, and crafting the vision and execution of intricate, data-driven healthcare solutions.
• Combines impactful account management with consultative solution development—utilizing expertise in analytics, cloud technologies, digital transformation, and emerging innovations to tackle client challenges and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams, aligns business goals with technical capabilities, and ensures seamless service delivery, comprehensive financial oversight, and the creation of forward-looking, value-oriented solutions.
• Achieving success in this role necessitates a robust background in healthcare technology, exceptional stakeholder management skills, advanced problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to convert analytics and digital capabilities into significant, scalable outcomes for strategic clients.
• Over 10 years of experience in delivering technology solutions in client-oriented roles.
• 3-5 years of experience with a demonstrated history of selling technology services.
• Previous hands-on experience as a practitioner is preferred (Data Science, Data Engineering, Programmer/Analyst, Full Stack Developer, Data Analyst, or any related development experience).
• Experience in the healthcare sector, encompassing health plans, payors, provider systems, and various analytical solutions that span business and technical architecture and design.
• 3-5 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
• Strong executive-level client engagement skills with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts confidently to a non-technical executive audience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• A multi-disciplinary technologist who takes pleasure in designing, implementing, and marketing healthcare solutions.
• In-depth understanding of the US healthcare value chain and the critical impact drivers [Payer and/or Provider].
• Knowledgeable about how data science is applied to address organizational challenges within the healthcare context.
• Practical experience in two (or more) areas of data and analytics technical domains, including enterprise cloud data warehousing, integration, preparation, and visualization, alongside artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, data modeling, data management, and data governance.
• Proficient with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to engage hands-on with clients to develop prompt solutions and resolutions.
• Experience in initiating analytics programs with new clients, including collaborating with other teams to ensure alignment of the analytics approach with operational needs.
• Capability to engage in consultative selling.
