Senior Auto Glass Installation Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Install auto glass and windshields either in our shop or through a mobile service unit.

• Calibrate vehicle electronics, including ADAS systems, Lane Departure Warning, Forward Collision Alert, and more.

• Repair chips and other forms of glass damage.

• Engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.

• Process payments for mobile customer services.

• Uphold a professional appearance and maintain a positive attitude.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to our esteemed customers and vendors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive glass installation.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.

• Skilled in managing and working with various types of automotive glass.

• Strong understanding of auto mechanic tools, equipment, and techniques utilized in glass repair and replacement.

• Capability to read and interpret technical specifications.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Strong critical thinking abilities and attention to detail.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

• Must be capable of meeting the physical demands of the position.
