Senior Auto Finance Credit Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, approve, deny, and negotiate consumer auto credit applications, including the most intricate cases, sourced through auto dealerships.

• Cultivate relationships with dealers to promote profitable and high-quality business expansion.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to both dealership personnel and applicants.

• Ensure adherence to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Promote cross-selling of bank products.

• Authorize credit overrides and suggest enhancements for dealer and loan performance.

• May oversee related personnel, such as underwriters.

• Underwrite indirect auto consumer loans in accordance with credit policy, underwriting practices, and loan structure guidelines.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma required.

• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative credit role or underwriting.

• Must be a resident of NC or TN.

• Must possess current authorization to work full-time in the United States.

• Prime Auto underwriting experience is preferred.

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

• Professional, approachable, and friendly communication style with a focus on customer service.

• Ability to engage with individuals at all levels, both over the phone and in person.

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• Capability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Occasional travel may be necessary.
