This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Providing professional information, presentations, and marketing of AbbVie products to independent specialists and hospital physicians, in accordance with § 75 of the German Medicines Act (AMG).
• Implementing the brand strategy for marketing our highly innovative product in gynecological oncology.
• Conducting market analysis based on available data, assessing the regional market regarding the sales trends of our product and competitors, identifying potential opportunities and critical developments.
• Designing, coordinating, and executing a territory plan within the infield team.
• Managing customer relations competently, which includes actively advising doctors, pharmacists, and potentially health organizations.
• Planning, organizing, and conducting training events, as well as attending regional and national events.
• Collecting market information and customer insights; determining the customer's position in the sales cycle.
• Professional reporting: timely and proper completion of all administrative tasks.
• Effective collaboration within the infield team and beyond; promoting open communication and continuous sharing of experiences and ideas.
• Proactively and continuously addressing customer needs.
• Shared responsibility for achieving regional goals.
• Compliance with all relevant functional requirements and legal and regulatory obligations, including procedures and processes related to ethics and compliance, as well as the "Principles of Business Conduct."
• Successfully completed a scientific university degree.
• Training as a pharmaceutical representative or necessary expertise in accordance with §75 of the German Medicines Act.
• Several years of field experience in the pharmaceutical industry with demonstrably above-average sales achievements, preferably in the oncology therapeutic area, especially gynecological oncology.
• Experience in teamwork within the infield team and responsibility for interdisciplinary project management in a matrix organization.
• Ability to present complex scientific concepts appropriately for the target audience and engage in discussions with various customer groups.
• High persuasiveness, as well as a presentation and closing-oriented personality with strong communication skills.
• A high level of motivation and energy to pursue and achieve goals.
• Excellent performance management to continually optimize goal achievement in sales.
• Strong digital skills and proficient use of field service programs as well as MS Office.
• Good English language skills.
