Senior Associate - Wealth Operations, Retail Ops

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Ensuring that all trades are executed in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP) while adhering to the designated cut-off times.

• Guaranteeing that all trades are settled within the specified cut-off periods.

• Possessing strong knowledge of trade settlement activities associated with Bonds, Equities, and Mutual Fund processing.

• Compiling all management information (MI) reports for Business, Quality, and Sales Governance within the agreed turnaround time (TAT).

• Periodically assisting in the training of new team members.

• Aiding in the revision of SOPs for all relevant processes.

• Promptly addressing customer and Relationship Manager (RM) inquiries.

• Ensuring that the ONR MI is dispatched daily and that aged items are escalated appropriately.

• Making sure that all reconciliations are finalized punctually, with timely identification and resolution of securities and cash discrepancies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A graduate degree with 3-4 years of experience in Securities Operations, particularly in the end-to-end trade settlement process for Equities, Bonds, and Mutual Funds.

• Outstanding analytical skills.

• Strong interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in PC usage, with advanced skills in MS Excel.

• Capable of problem-solving and working independently.

• Must be customer-focused and results-driven.
