Senior Associate, Strategy Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Serve as a vital member of case teams, assisting clients in addressing significant growth challenges.

• Engage in every major phase of consulting projects, from brainstorming and hypothesis formulation to research, strategy creation, and the final presentation of recommendations.

• Manage and lead multiple project workstreams.

• Cultivate expertise on essential questions that guide clients' strategic decisions.

• Identify important data sources and perform both primary and secondary research.

• Formulate hypotheses and execute thorough quantitative and qualitative analyses, including market and competitive assessments, market sizing, financial evaluations, and survey design and analysis.

• Distill research and analysis into concise, actionable insights.

• Create persuasive PowerPoint presentations, research briefs, and various client deliverables.

• Interact directly with clients to present findings and recommendations in both informal and formal contexts.

• Collaborate with, mentor, and support junior team members.

• Contribute to the firm’s growth through internal and external networks, sector expertise, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Over 4 years of consulting or relevant professional services experience, including investment banking, market research, or another analytical domain.

• Innovative and systematic approach to problem-solving.

• Strong analytical abilities, capable of integrating quantitative and qualitative data to produce valuable insights.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality work.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven leadership potential.

• Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication in English.

• Proactive attitude with the capability to manage multiple priorities and advance work with minimal supervision.

• Ability to effectively collaborate across diverse teams and foster an inclusive atmosphere.

• High adaptability and comfort in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
