This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take charge of the enablement lifecycle for sellers on the Commerce Platform.
• Oversee onboarding and programs for role-specific skill enhancement.
• Collaborate closely with teams from Commerce Platform Product, Product Marketing, and Strategy & Ops.
• Monitor metrics related to training engagement, satisfaction, and adoption.
• Cultivate strong professional relationships with Commerce Platform Sales Leaders and cross-functional colleagues.
• Manage content repositories specific to lines of business (LOB).
• 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, learning and development, sales operations, or a related go-to-market function.
• Strong skills in executing training initiatives.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms, such as Salesforce.
• Proactive in communication and managing risks.
