Senior Associate, Retail Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of, enhance, and refine the process to effectively collaborate with grocers within the DoorDash Drive and Marketplace product offerings.

• Formulate and implement the sales strategy for engaging Mid Market Retailers.

• Efficiently manage the pipeline throughout all initial phases of our partnerships.

• Oversee the deal process with internal stakeholders to create compelling proposals for potential partners.

• Guide the development, adoption, and expansion of new business opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with operational teams to document insights from sales processes, aiding in the creation of a top-tier product.

• Streamline a well-organized sales cycle aimed at closing new deals.

• 1-2 years of experience in sales development.

• Proven ability to independently manage sales conversations and maintain a pipeline.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to thrive in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
