Senior Associate, Retail Go-To-Market Operations – Growth & Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design and implementation of pilot programs focused on enhancing quality, boosting order volume, minimizing costs, and improving in-store workflows for our retail partners.

• Work collaboratively with Product, Retail, and Data Science teams to test, validate, and facilitate the scaling of successful operational innovations throughout our network of launched stores.

• Aid in the formulation of strategic frameworks that help identify and assess new growth opportunities while addressing operational process gaps.

• Monitor the effects of initiatives against predefined KPIs, assist in synthesizing results, and support reporting to leadership as well as cross-functional stakeholders.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven experimentation within the team and the wider organization.

• Travel to conduct on-site observations and experiments, engaging directly in stores to gain insights into operations and offer hands-on assistance in implementing initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, program coordination, business strategy, or a related field within a dynamic environment where priorities change frequently.

• Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record of designing experiments, analyzing outcomes, and making decisions based on data.

• Excellent project management abilities, capable of steering complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to influence and align partners across diverse departments.

• A strategic and innovative approach, demonstrating a passion for uncovering new opportunities and addressing complex challenges.
