Senior Associate – Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin, NPO und Gemeinnützigkeit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Legal and project-related tax advisory services for non-profit organizations (NPOs)

• Management of projects such as the establishment of subsidiaries

• Development of expert opinions, statements, and solutions

• Drafting of articles of association, internal regulations, and cooperation agreements

• Evaluation and examination of complex legal and tax transactions

• Interaction with partners and interdisciplinary collaboration

⛳️ Requirements

• Admission to the bar

• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in a law firm environment

• Possible title as a specialist lawyer or dual qualification as a tax advisor

• Familiarity with non-profit and tax law

• Ability to handle complex contract structures and communicate them clearly

• Direct client contact and independent management of mandates

• Commitment as well as a friendly and confident demeanor

• Team-oriented and self-reliant, structured, and meticulous work style
