This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze partner performance data to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Construct and sustain advanced Excel models to monitor KPIs, financial performance, and operational metrics.
• Assist in strategic initiatives aimed at partner growth, retention, and engagement.
• Generate insights and recommendations based on data analysis and present findings to internal leadership and external partners.
• Collaborate across various functions including operations, growth, and clinical teams.
• Track and report on value-based care metrics (such as cost, utilization, and quality outcomes).
• Aid in designing and implementing scalable processes within a rapidly changing environment.
• 2–4 years of experience in management or strategy consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for translating data into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (including pivot tables, lookups, and modeling).
• Experience handling large datasets and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple workstreams.
• Background in healthcare, particularly in value-based care, provider operations, or payer-provider models.
• Familiarity with healthcare KPIs (such as utilization, risk adjustment, cost of care, and quality metrics).
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Exposure to client-facing roles or stakeholder management in a consulting setting.
