Senior Associate – Operations, Payment Call Back Unit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conducting callbacks for Cheques, DD, PO, inward, outward payments, and the EDD process while ensuring callbacks are executed accurately according to SLA.

• Prioritizing transactions based on priority slabs, amounts, and currency.

• Assisting in revising SOPs, identifying and reporting deviations to minimize waste.

• Aiding in process enhancements and supporting the implementation of improvements within the workflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• A graduate with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of varied experience in banking operations, encompassing a broad spectrum of banking products and services.

• Proficient understanding of banking processes and systems.

• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.

• Strong telephone etiquette and presence of mind.

• Knowledge of Compliance/AML/Regulatory requirements.

• Competent computer skills and understanding of processes.

• Effective decision-making skills and conflict resolution abilities.
