
Senior Associate, Marketing Data Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage in interdisciplinary marketing teams to facilitate campaign planning, implementation, and evaluation with a focus on data expertise.
• Develop and oversee metadata for upcoming marketing initiatives.
• Act as the Data Steward for marketing data products, performing daily monitoring and generating metrics to evaluate and enhance data quality.
• Create and uphold preventive and detective controls for data quality.
• Ensure smooth data transitions from campaign setup through to analytics and reporting systems.
• Assist teams in utilizing data for targeting, personalization, and performance analysis.
• Carry out data evaluations to pinpoint gaps and collaborate with data design and product owners on remedial actions.
• Specify audience logic and convert requirements into detailed specifications for audience selection teams.
• Aid in campaign and journey testing by confirming data capture, audience logic, and the readiness of downstream analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in data management, data stewardship, or analytics.
• Strong grasp of data quality principles, including preventive and detective controls.
• 2+ years of experience in SQL.
• Proficient in working with relational databases or cloud data platforms such as Oracle or Databricks.
• Experience in documenting metadata and managing data lineage for marketing campaigns or analytical purposes.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively with marketing teams, data engineering, and analytics departments.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, proactive attitude, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with marketing and/or customer interaction data is preferred.
• Working knowledge of CMS Star Ratings, HEDIS, and CAHPS measures is preferred.
• Experience with wellness, rewards, or incentive-based member engagement programs, such as Go365, is preferred.
• Experience in translating marketing and business needs into data requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and scalable data solutions is preferred.
• Familiarity with campaign tracking, audience logic, and journey testing is preferred.
• Background in data stewardship or data governance within marketing or customer analytics is preferred.
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, GCP, modern data stack tools, campaign management systems, customer journey platforms, and audience segmentation tools is preferred.
• Experience with large datasets, especially in the healthcare or financial services sectors, is preferred.
• Exposure to metadata management tools and practices is preferred.
• Understanding of marketing measurement frameworks and campaign attribution models is preferred.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and member journey mapping is preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy standards is preferred.
• Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies is preferred.
• Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload is required.
