Senior Associate Manager – Category Management, Drug Channel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Assist in our expansion and the achievement of outstanding business outcomes

• Translate comprehensive shopping and omni retail environment data into actionable insights and strategies for categories, retail, and customers

• Aim to be the essential partner for our Drug retailers CVS and Walgreens, offering both tactical and strategic advice

• Foster enduring business relationships built on trust and confidence

• Develop recurring business reviews that deliver in-depth, action-oriented analysis on key drivers

• Generate engaging, insights-driven category reviews, new item evaluations, and seasonal assessments

• Offer proactive insights regarding the effects of category drivers and promotional strategies to both customer and sales teams

• Assist with ad hoc analytics and reporting inquiries from Customer Partner teams across functions

• Acquire knowledge and promote digital commerce analysis and recommendations in collaboration with our retail partners

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline

• 3-5 years of experience in category management, insights, marketing strategy, or analytics (preferably in CPG/FMCG, Amazon, or Away from Home)

• Familiarity with data sources (e.g., Nielsen, Circana, 1010)

• Proficient in utilizing retailer/customer data, shopper insights, and analytics to craft compelling retail customer plans

• Strong analytical and storytelling abilities, with a knack for converting data into actionable insights

• High proficiency in basic business tools (Excel/PowerPoint)

• Extensive expertise in analyzing and visualizing large datasets

• Experience in creating presentations for customers; direct customer-facing experience is advantageous

• JDA/POG building experience is a plus
