Senior Associate, Leasing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with the Director and leasing team to manage the complete leasing process.

• Promote leasing excellence by leveraging strategic expertise, facilitating confident decision-making, and instilling urgency to enhance team performance and conversion rates.

• Identify areas for process improvement to boost conversion, speed, and customer satisfaction.

• Mentor junior leasing agents by providing guidance, sharing best practices, and offering necessary support.

• Address challenging leasing scenarios with professionalism and tact.

• Manage leads and leasing opportunities through the use of CRM tools.

• Keep precise records of leasing activities and contribute to data-driven strategies that enhance performance.

• Assume additional responsibilities and special projects as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid Real Estate License.

• Proven track record: Demonstrated success in a high-performance leasing environment with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in leasing or sales.

• Leadership skills: Experience in leading teams or mentoring colleagues to achieve team objectives and enhance performance.

• Organizational abilities: Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Sales proficiency: Proven capability to excel in a sales-focused environment.

• Dynamic & growth-oriented: Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving setting while managing competing priorities.

• Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
