Senior Associate – Lawyer, NPO & Nonprofit Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Providing legal and project-related tax guidance for a dynamic clientele in the nonprofit sector.

• Managing projects of varying scales, such as setting up subsidiaries and aiding in conversion processes.

• Crafting expert analyses, legal opinions, and solution recommendations for clients.

• Composing articles of association, procedural rules, and contracts.

• Evaluating and reviewing intricate legal and tax issues.

• Engaging in regular communication and feedback within the legal department and collaborating across disciplines with the tax department.

• Developing your own consulting profile within your area of expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Admission to the bar.

• A minimum of 4 years of pertinent professional experience in a law firm setting.

• Qualification as a specialist lawyer or dual qualification as a tax advisor.

• Knowledge of key topics related to nonprofit status and tax legislation.

• Experience with complex contract structures.

• Background in direct client interactions and autonomous case/matter management.
