Senior Associate – Incentive Processing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Calculate incentives based on established policies, ensuring prompt and precise payouts.

• Conduct independent reviews and automate current business performance and incentive workflows.

• Streamline additional internal processes where feasible to enhance efficiency and minimize turnaround time.

• Supervise the Business Performance and Incentive payment procedures, which involves gathering necessary data and validating as well as calculating performance and payouts.

• Establish appropriate process controls and create procedures and SLAs in collaboration with business stakeholders to facilitate accurate and timely MIS and payouts.

• Collaborate with Unit Managers to address issues and continually improve the Business Performance and Incentive payout process.

• Oversee the Business Performance and incentives database for comprehensive analysis.

• Comply with SLAs and track delays.

• Address data, policy, and process challenges with stakeholders, ensuring necessary approvals and documentation are maintained for audit purposes.
