This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Be responsible for generating demand and achieving sales targets for the portfolio of contact lenses and solutions within the optical channel.
• Conduct effective visits to eye care professionals (ECPs) and key accounts as per the work plan.
• Meet the KPIs set forth by the business line.
• Train ECPs on contact lens fitting in their practices.
• Execute the marketing plan and commercial strategies with excellence to generate a positive ROI.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the optical channel.
• Ensure the inclusion, coding, and launch of new products in assigned accounts.
• Deliver effective presentations of results and strategic plans.
• Education in Optometry, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Prior sales experience (preferably in the optical or visual health sector).
• Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical ability to interpret client and account information.
• Strategic organization of workflow.
• Proactivity, dynamism, and responsibility.
• Willingness to work in a team and customer-oriented mindset.
