This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Foster disease awareness among key stakeholders
• Collaborate with partners regarding prior authorization, payer restrictions, and reimbursement requirements
• Oversee the sales budget and enhance sales throughout the territory
• Utilize business planning and local market insights to build sales and customer networks
• Cultivate relationships and maintain communication with all partners and communities
• Execute compliant and medically relevant programs to achieve significant customer satisfaction and sales growth
• Cover and engage all customers within the designated area of responsibility
• Manage all business-related aspects of accounts
• Establish strong relationships with customers and opinion leaders
• Participate in, develop, and lead various meetings and events
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
• 2 Years of Relevant Experience
• Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English
• Experience in sales account management (preferably in eye care pharmaceutical or medical device fields)
• Technical aptitude and adaptability
• High-energy self-starter who is also a collaborative team player
• Results-driven with a strong determination to succeed
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Valid driving license – category B
