This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the creation, evaluation, and implementation of branded, disease-state, and unbranded promotional materials.
• Oversee marketing initiatives from conception to execution, managing schedules, budgets, agency outputs, and project frameworks.
• Guide promotional materials through the Material Approval and Compliance (MAC) process.
• Collaborate with Sales Training and Commercial teams on the deployment of promotional resources, field communications, National Sales Meetings, and related activities.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, Global Marketing, Market Research, Digital, Sales, and other departments.
• Assist in the planning and execution of HCP congresses, customer engagement initiatives, and commercial events.
• Maintain marketing systems, identify opportunities for process enhancements, and promote a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
• Doctorate degree OR a Master’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience OR a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR an Associate's degree with 6 years of relevant experience OR a high school diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in biopharmaceutical or healthcare commercial sectors, specifically in marketing, sales, commercial operations, project management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supporting the development and execution of promotional marketing materials.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication skills with the capability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience collaborating with agency partners, navigating promotional review processes, Veeva, and the Material Approval and Compliance (MAC) process is preferred.
• Preferred experience in neurology, rare diseases, or specialty pharmaceuticals.
