• Take charge of executing multi-channel growth initiatives (direct mail, email, outbound phone, web, SMS), encompassing builds, quality assurance, launches, and post-launch optimization.
• Manage quarterly test-and-learn strategies, defining hypotheses, success metrics, holdout strategies, and learning agendas across various channels and audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and campaign managers to enhance marketing performance.
• Ensure organized campaign documentation and status tracking, alleviating the need for leadership to pursue updates.
• Assist in reporting for the continuous measurement and monitoring of marketing efforts for a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Leverage data to identify and convey user behaviors and insights to foster campaign experimentation and optimization.
• 2-4 years of demonstrated experience driving growth objectives within established targets, timelines, and budgets.
• Hands-on experience in executing email and/or direct mail campaigns at scale.
• Strong operational mindset: detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and intolerant of sloppy execution.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Proficient with tools such as Tableau, Excel, DOMO, Amplitude, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• In-depth understanding of user acquisition, helping users discover their 'aha' moment, and building a growing active user base over time.
• Strategic thinker capable of breaking down and organizing problems, identifying opportunity areas, and developing significant ideas and priorities to advance the business.
• Ability to work quickly and adaptively, managing multiple projects while reliably executing on schedule with high velocity and attention to detail.
• A team-oriented mindset with strong self-awareness, open to sharing and receiving feedback, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
• Capable of building, nurturing, and enhancing cross-functional partnerships.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
