Senior Associate – Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy and execution of initiatives related to acquisition, monetization, and retention that will yield significant business outcomes.

• Spearhead various essential initiatives within our Growth team to enhance revenue through Product-Led growth methodologies.

• Manage multiple business metrics, assist in business planning and goal establishment, formulate strategies to meet objectives, and deliver results that promote business expansion.

• Examine unstructured, ambiguous, and complex challenges confronting the organization, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data; gather insights, define issues, and pinpoint underlying opportunities.

• Provide persuasive recommendations; create a tactical plan for execution and convert them into measurable outcomes.

• Establish a long-term roadmap for achieving exemplary levels of business growth.

• Directly and indirectly lead teams to meet set targets.

• Assess and monitor key performance indicators.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in a B2B/B2C Tech environment.

• Structured thinking, robust problem-solving capabilities, and a strong business acumen.

• Proficient in analytics with the ability to generate actionable insights from data.

• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, rapidly iterating, and managing communications across various functions in a dynamic startup setting.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with comfort in collaborating with leadership across all departments.

• Experience in product and/or growth roles with a proven track record of delivering business results is advantageous.
