This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take ownership of the complete marketing ecosystem for its brands, driving measurable and ROI-driven growth.
• Execute SEO strategies encompassing technical setup and content planning.
• Oversee paid advertising initiatives aimed at direct-to-consumer conversions.
• Develop organic content across various platforms.
• Attain a minimum of 3x ROI on paid advertising campaigns.
• Enhance organic search authority for primary brands.
• Ensure a consistent content schedule across multiple platforms while scaling the paid budget based on proven performance.
• A minimum of 5 years in growth marketing, SEO, and digital marketing, with comprehensive ownership of the marketing function for at least one brand or product line.
• Practical experience in both SEO (technical setup—tags, metadata, site structure—and content strategy) and paid advertising (campaign development, optimization, performance tracking).
• Proven record of achieving 3x+ ROI/ROAS on paid advertising campaigns, supported by metrics on CV.
• Expertise in using paid advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO tools for keyword research and site audits (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalent).
• Experience in creating and managing organic content across multiple platforms, including static social/media content.
• C1+ English (CEFR) proficiency for strategic client-facing communication.
• Experience managing marketing efforts across 3 or more brands or product lines simultaneously (Nice-to-Have).
• Exposure to health, medical, biotech, or life sciences industries (Nice-to-Have).
• Proficiency with AI tools to enhance content creation and marketing efficiency (Nice-to-Have).
• Background as a founder, first marketing hire, or experience in early-stage startups (Nice-to-Have).
• Documented direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing experience with proven conversion outcomes (Nice-to-Have).
