Marketing & Growth Specialist – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Drive targeted local market initiatives to enhance Mantle’s visibility in North America.

• Identify and foster collaboration with leading media outlets, KOLs, and distribution networks.

• Assist in implementing growth strategies aimed at retail, INS, and developer communities.

• Develop and promote narratives surrounding founders and the ecosystem tailored for the US market.

• Collaborate on storytelling initiatives across social media, editorial platforms, and partner channels.

• Plan and carry out go-to-market campaigns for North America.

• Support in-person activations, industry events, and community gatherings.

• Coordinate with partners for joint marketing and ecosystem initiatives.

• Investigate and recommend new growth opportunities within the North American market.

• Assist in operational workflows, partnerships, and campaign implementations.

• Contribute directly to the strategy for Mantle’s expansion in the Americas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in crypto/web3 marketing or ecosystem roles, particularly in the North American market.

• Possess a deep understanding of the North American crypto landscape, media, and communities.

• Exhibit high levels of ownership, execution capabilities, and reliability in fast-paced settings.

• Be proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working within a remote, distributed team environment.

• Have exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.

• Be well-connected with founders, creators, or communities based in North America (strong advantage).
