Senior Associate, Deal Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute buy-side and sell-side accounting and financial due diligence projects.

• Cultivate relationships with clients and engage in productive interactions with executives from target companies.

• Conduct quality of earnings assessments and working capital evaluations.

• Identify and analyze factors that may affect enterprise value and influence purchase or sales pricing.

• Assess financial and operational trends of target firms.

• Effectively communicate due diligence findings, both verbally and in written form.

• Provide support for M&A activities involving private equity clients and strategic corporations across the United States and internationally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (preferred), Finance, or a related business discipline.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional services environment.

• Experience in Financial Due Diligence is preferred.

• A solid foundation in audit, financial reporting, or accounting advisory roles.

• Experience with Big 4, National, or large Regional CPA firms is preferred.

• An advanced degree or relevant professional certification such as CPA or CFA is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP principles.

• Proficient in data analysis and mining techniques.

• Excellent critical thinking abilities.

• Experience collaborating with Private Equity groups is preferred.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (travel expected to be less than 15%).

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
