Senior Associate Consultant, HCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Engage in the design and execution of HCM solutions that encompass HR processes throughout the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.

• Contribute to the execution of implementation projects for platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or SAP SuccessFactors, utilizing industry best practices.

• Participate in workshops with HR teams to collect business requirements and assist in defining target processes.

• Collaborate across various project phases: design, configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and go-live support.

• Work alongside technical teams on integration matters involving other systems (ERP, payroll, etc.).

• Assist in knowledge sharing and provide support or mentorship to junior consultants as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in implementing HCM solutions or transforming HR processes.

• Proficient in at least one major HCM solution (Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or SAP SuccessFactors).

• Experience in a consulting firm (Big Four or its equivalent) is advantageous.

• Strong comprehension of HR processes (Core HR, Talent Management, Performance, Compensation, etc.).

• Fluent in both French and English, with proficiency in spoken and written communication.
