This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Develop and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through market analysis, targeted outreach, and relationship-building efforts.
• Identify and seek out opportunities with prospects that indicate a strong alignment based on interest, scalability, and strategic fit.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
• Meet or surpass annual targets for new client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Engage in direct sales activities at trade shows and industry conferences to generate leads and broaden referral networks.
• Produce high-quality sales materials, including proposals, presentations, RFP responses, and marketing documents in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Act as a subject matter expert on trends in the card personalization market, the competitive landscape, and emerging innovation opportunities.
• Assist in the new client onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and that customer expectations are met or exceeded.
• Regularly collaborate with production, operations, and product teams to align on client requirements and service capabilities.
• Advocate for card personalization services through both bank-approved and client-approved marketing channels.
• Work in close partnership with account management to ensure a seamless and effective transition for new clients.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a preference for candidates from the card or financial industry.
• A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to sell to qualified card issuers and corporate prospects, build relationships both externally and internally, and foster long-term, profitable growth.
• Candidates must have unrestricted work authorization and will not require future sponsorship.
