This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Drive revenue and foster growth within the organization.
• Achieve and surpass annual sales goals established by the Commercial leadership team.
• Take responsibility for revenue generation across your designated territory and accounts.
• Formulate and implement territory and account strategies.
• Create and execute strategic plans for territories and accounts that align with the company’s growth objectives.
• Identify and target high-value opportunities to consistently enhance revenue.
• Develop and sustain a robust and qualified sales pipeline.
• Proactively oversee pipeline health, risks, and accuracy in forecasting.
• Collaborate with Lead Generation and senior Commercial stakeholders to discover and pursue new opportunities.
• Lead the proposal strategy, which includes narrative development and executive positioning.
• Direct bid pursuit processes, governance meetings, and cross-functional deal teams.
• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships to achieve preferred supplier status.
• Propel account expansion via strategic account planning.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance wallet share within current clients.
• Collaborate with Strategic Marketing and internal teams to launch new eClinical offerings into the market.
• Assist in implementing successful go-to-market strategies for new capabilities.
• A proven history of success in sales within the life sciences sector (CRO, eClinical, clinical technology, or related fields).
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing territory and account strategies.
• Strong track record of driving revenue growth and surpassing targets.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles, including proposal development and bid leadership.
• Capability to identify pipeline risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Strong commercial insight with an emphasis on business development and account expansion.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, and influence.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• An analytical approach with keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a cross-functional setting.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Fluent in both English and German.
