Growth Business Development – Russian, Ukrainian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement business development strategies, aiding the team in the introduction, negotiation, collaboration, and formalization of business partnership projects.

• Engage with potential KOLs to negotiate and finalize lucrative agreements.

• Provide support to KOLs and create tailored campaigns aimed at boosting KOL trading volumes.

• Establish partnerships with key opinion leaders or cryptocurrency initiatives, fostering mutual cooperation.

• Perform market research to uncover new opportunities and customer requirements.

• Cultivate long-term relationships with both new and existing KOLs/clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a business development manager role or a similar position.

• Background in channel and market development.

• A thorough understanding of cryptocurrency markets is advantageous.

• Fluency in English and Russian/Ukrainian is a must.
