This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Identify, seek out, and cultivate new business opportunities within your designated territory.
• Create and implement strategic business development plans to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at potential brands and retailers.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and final contract closure.
• Collaborate with internal design, engineering, and project management teams to develop tailored client solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and sales strategies effectively.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and project forecast opportunities utilizing CRM tools.
• Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the industry.
• Consistently meet or surpass established sales targets.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, strategic sales, or consultative sales is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in retail activations, branded environments, and custom fixtures is required.
• Proven experience in cold calling and building a book of business from the ground up is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex sales cycles and client relationships is required.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Proficiency in CRM tools for effective pipeline management is required.
