This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Conduct a minimum of 70 outbound cold touches each day to U.S. property managers, leasing teams, and real estate professionals, encompassing outbound SMS texting and emails.
• Communicate effectively in English with clear phone clarity and appropriate pacing.
• Utilize scripts and talk tracks while being adaptable based on the conversation flow.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the CEO.
• Keep CRM records organized and up to date.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and meetings scheduled.
• Adhere to a structured schedule that aligns with U.S. time zones, primarily EST.
• Collaborate with leadership and familiarize yourself with U.S. real estate terminology and workflows.
• Proficient spoken English (a neutral or near-neutral accent is required; confidence on the phone is crucial).
• Comfortable with making 70–100+ cold calls daily.
• Background in BDR/SDR, call centers, outbound sales, or real estate appointment-setting.
• Availability to work during U.S. hours (full or partial overlap is necessary).
• Coachable, competitive, and driven by targets and commissions.
• Bonus: Familiarity with browser-based tech stacks such as Google Drive, WhatsApp, Google Voice, LinkedIn, etc.
• Bonus: Experience in reaching out to the U.S. market or the property management sector.
• Bonus: Understanding of multifamily housing, leasing, operations, or prop-tech.
