This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of BD Deal Infrastructure and Reporting.
• Oversee the BD accounts tracker, pipeline tracker, and opportunity map, ensuring that data remains accurate and up-to-date.
• Develop and sustain pipeline dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders and leadership assessments.
• Standardize the frameworks for contract summaries and deal documentation.
• Assist in pipeline forecasting inputs in collaboration with BD leadership and Finance.
• Evaluate pipeline performance trends such as stage progression, conversion rates, and velocity, and identify opportunities for operational enhancements.
• Facilitate Executive and Cross-Functional Alignment.
• Create polished, executive-ready materials for weekly updates, leadership assessments, and board-level growth reports.
• Convert pipeline movement into concise summaries of progress, insights, and risks.
• Collaborate with Finance to align on forecast assumptions and deal timelines.
• Aid Legal in the project management of legal documents and market entry prerequisites for active deals.
• Contribute to Strategic Planning.
• Engage in annual and quarterly growth planning through pipeline analysis and scenario modeling.
• Deliver structured data and analysis to guide leadership decisions regarding market prioritization and capacity planning.
• Synthesize findings into clear summaries and recommendations for BD leadership.
• Drive Team Operating Rhythm.
• Manage agenda creation and coordination for weekly BD meetings, BD-Finance reviews, and Deal Desk evaluations.
• Monitor action items, decisions, and accountability across regular meetings.
• Identify and highlight gaps in meeting effectiveness or team follow-through.
• Support Pitch and Materials Governance.
• Maintain and update the BD slide library and core pitch deck, ensuring version control, data accuracy, and consistent messaging.
• Assist in customizing materials for specific partner opportunities under the guidance of BD leadership.
• Ensure materials are prepared for use with minimal revisions prior to any stakeholder-facing interactions.
• 3-5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, BD or sales operations, consulting, or a related analytical role.
• Experience supporting Business Development, Sales, or Strategy teams in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and dashboarding capabilities with proven proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, CRM tools, and pipeline reporting.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools for completing business processes such as dashboards, market research, and materials development.
• Advanced presentation and communication skills, with the ability to create executive-level slides and narratives.
• Adequate understanding of commercial context and deal structures to produce accurate materials and reports with minimal guidance on content.
• Strong cross-functional communication abilities, enabling effective interactions with leadership, Finance, and operational teams.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A structured thinker who values process, clarity, and consistency.
• Self-starter capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Prior experience in healthcare, payer, provider, or value-based care environments is preferred.
