Senior Associate, BizOps, Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the VP of BizOps & Analytics.

• Advocate for decisions driven by data across essential business initiatives, such as carrier expansion and the development of new products from inception to launch.

• Work alongside marketing, product, and business development teams to incorporate customer performance insights into user and partner acquisition strategies.

• Spearhead the design, implementation, and evaluation of A/B tests on both new and existing features.

• Derive critical insights to guide product and business strategies.

• Identify, comprehend, and evaluate levers to promote profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth.

• Discover opportunities to automate manual processes and enhance operational efficiency.

• Utilize advanced machine learning models to perform comprehensive analyses and derive insights that shape growth strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous field (preferred experience).

• Over 2 years of management consulting experience from a leading firm (preferably McKinsey, Bain, or Boston Consulting Group) OR relevant experience in business analysis/operations.

• High proficiency with SQL and/or conducting complex data analyses.

• Strong problem-solving framework and first-principles thinking.

• Comfortable communicating with a diverse range of audiences, from front-line staff to the company’s C-suite.

• Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada.
