Senior Associate, AI Transformation Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Engage in client projects by defining AI strategies, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans.

• Oversee independent workstreams within larger initiatives.

• Evaluate business processes, data flows, and technology ecosystems to uncover AI and automation opportunities.

• Assist in designing responsible, human-centered AI operating models and governance frameworks.

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and change management experts to deliver AI-enabled solutions.

• Create go-to-market materials, frameworks, and client proposals.

• Develop proof-of-concept projects and prototypes utilizing agentic systems, RAG pipelines, and workflow automation tools.

• Keep abreast of emerging AI technologies and frameworks.

• Contribute to thought leadership and internal knowledge-sharing regarding AI transformation.

• Aid clients in translating AI strategy into measurable results and facilitating responsible, scalable AI adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Over 7 years of experience in consulting, technology, or enterprise transformation, with familiarity in AI, analytics, or digital strategy.

• Capability to link business challenges with technological solutions.

• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, and GCP is essential.

• Experience in supporting the delivery of AI or data-driven solutions, including generative or agentic AI applications.

• Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling abilities.

• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities, working independently, and collaborating effectively.

• Experience with RAG architectures, orchestration frameworks, or AI agents is preferred.

• Familiarity with data platform modernization, AIOps/MLOps, or cloud infrastructure is preferred.

• Hands-on experience in building dashboards, prototypes, or lightweight AI automations is preferred.

• Certifications in cloud AI platforms are preferred.

• Prior consulting experience is preferred.
