📋 Description

• Design and implement comprehensive AI agent workflows for consumer-focused digital interfaces as well as intricate internal client operations.

• Manage the entire process from discovery, research, strategy development, requirements collection, and validation through to design, technical execution, and launch.

• Convert intricate requirements and AI capabilities into compelling narratives and tangible business outcomes for senior executive stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Designers, Engineering, Program Delivery, Marketing, and Client Partnerships to determine design direction, refine features, and assess feasibility.

• Lead cross-functional teams in Design, Strategy, and Technology.

• Act as a reliable advisor and subject matter expert during client interactions.

• Counsel senior clients while aligning business needs with the objectives and requirements of end users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a digital agency or consulting setting.

• Extensive background as a Product Owner/Manager responsible for delivering large-scale, consumer-oriented digital products (Web, App, CMS, or Enterprise platforms).

• Practical experience with contemporary AI tools, agentic design, governance, and workflow transformation.

• Proven track record of advancing AI experiences from laboratory and proof-of-concept stages to fully deployed and assessed products.

• Knowledge of deterministic and probabilistic systems and the principles of designing for them.

• Practical experience or proficiency with Google Cloud, Vertex AI, Gemini Enterprise Agents, Anthropic Claude, Claude Projects/Skills, OpenAI, and Microsoft Copilot.
