Senior Associate Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Assists Senior Account Managers and Account Managers in overseeing a designated portfolio of clients.

• Acts as a consultant for clients, fulfilling their daily service requirements.

• Organizes and verifies the precision of materials intended for client distribution.

• Works in conjunction with Senior Account Managers and Account Managers to facilitate the yearly renewal procedure.

• Examines insurance agreements, SBCs, and benefits summaries.

• Aids in meeting compliance obligations.

• Supports the acquisition of clients and the onboarding of new divisions.

• Manages the Open Enrollment project effectively.

• Supervises the audit process following enrollment.

• Assists with the implementation of carriers.

• Collaborates with benefits technology teams to ensure accurate data delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a broker agency or benefits administration setting.

• Possession of a current Life and Health license.

• Comprehensive understanding of health and ancillary insurance products.

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with and hands-on experience in the quoting processes and tools.
