β’ Conceptualize and art direct each aspect of the Flow Studio experience, encompassing campaigns, social media, product storytelling, and digital interactions.
β’ Oversee art direction and design for campaigns, product marketing, and social media content, maintaining a high standard for craftsmanship and clarity.
β’ Create and refine a unique visual system for Flow Studio that appears modern, scalable, and distinct.
β’ Develop social-first content tailored to various formats and platforms, customizing the work to align with audience engagement.
β’ Convert product capabilities, including VFX and simulation workflows, into clear and visually captivating creative outputs that foster understanding and trust.
β’ Generate assets for a diverse range of outputs, such as motion, static images, and digital experiences.
β’ Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to realize ideas, ensuring the work is based on real use cases and conveys significant value.
β’ Work in partnership with Technical Artists and VFX experts to guarantee outputs are both visually appealing and technically sound.
β’ Art direct content derived from actual product outputs, avoiding abstract or purely conceptual visuals.
β’ Develop scalable design systems and templates that enhance speed, consistency, and impact.
β’ Explore AI-driven tools and workflows to improve creative output and team efficiency.
β’ Uphold a high standard for craftsmanship while working with urgency in a dynamic environment.
β’ Consistently elevate the work to ensure it appears modern, relevant, and distinctive within the VFX and creative tools domain.
β’ A rich and cohesive portfolio characterizes how Flow Studio presents itself visually and stands out in the VFX and AI tools arena.
β’ The design is modern, unique, and instantly recognizable, showcasing a strong perspective.
β’ The work is visually engaging and credible to a technically knowledgeable audience, and it excels on social media because it is specifically designed for the platform, rather than merely adapted to it.
β’ Product storytelling is clear, assertive, and rooted in genuine customer value instead of abstraction.
β’ Systems and templates facilitate speed and consistency without sacrificing quality.
β’ The work consistently raises the standard, reflects strong creative judgment, and fosters trust among teams.
β’ Over 8 years of experience as an Art Director or Designer, preferably in software, SaaS, or SMB sectors.
β’ A robust portfolio that illustrates art direction and design across branding, digital, and social media.
β’ Knowledge of how VFX and simulation workflows can be transformed into visual narratives.
β’ Capability to both conceptualize and execute at a high level, transitioning seamlessly from idea to final product.
β’ Experience in designing for social-first settings and content-oriented brands.
β’ Strong comprehension of typography, layout, motion, and visual systems, with proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion design platforms.
β’ Familiarity with collaborating with Technical Artists or operating within 3D and VFX workflows.
β’ A curious mindset and openness to incorporating AI into creative processes, along with a willingness to experiment and learn.
β’ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization and focus.
