This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide innovative leadership across various client accounts.

• Assist in articulating Sociallyin's creative vision and capabilities.
• A minimum of 6 years of professional design experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in providing creative leadership, mentorship, or art direction.
• Agency experience is highly preferred.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating social-first creative work.
• Experience collaborating with consumer brands, lifestyle brands, enterprise organizations, or Fortune 500 companies.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and design tools.
• Strong grasp of motion design and short-form video content.
• Familiarity with AI content tools and the creation of systems that utilize AI.
• Experience in developing and presenting content strategies.
• Experience presenting to senior-level marketing stakeholders.
• Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms and consumer behavior.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding visual design capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, color, and composition.
• Experience designing for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Ability to balance creativity with performance goals.
• Strong storytelling and conceptual thinking skills.
• Capability to provide clear and constructive creative feedback.
• Experience mentoring designers and creative teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
