This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Overseeing the creation and implementation of innovative concepts that are in line with brand vision and marketing goals.
β’ Leading the team by providing experience, empowerment, and autonomy to encourage exceptional work and personal growth.
β’ Presenting persuasive arguments and detailing every facet of a creative solution to demonstrate how it addresses the client's challenges.
β’ Utilizing industry expertise and creative skills to transcend the conventional options, resulting in impactful work that influences behavior.
β’ Exhibiting a dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion through ongoing development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively addressing bias.
β’ 12+ years of experience in digital, print, traditional, and trade marketing.
β’ A minimum of two years in pharmaceutical marketing, with significant expertise in drug launches being highly regarded.
β’ A bachelor's degree is required (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
β’ In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing, including disease states, product science, therapeutic industry standards, legal constraints, and competitive landscapes.
β’ Experience with global marketing campaigns is preferred.
β’ A portfolio showcasing strategic and aesthetically pleasing work; must be a conceptual innovator.
β’ Strong management and supervisory capabilities; a good sense of humor is a plus.
β’ A comprehensive understanding of both the creative and strategic dimensions of advertising and leadership.
β’ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI tools is mandatory.
