This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Delivers creative insights during client pitches, work shares, and brainstorming sessions to define a clear vision and direction for all assigned projects.
β’ Creates innovative outputs that include data visualizations, technical diagrams, and conceptual informational slides while adhering to brand guidelines.
β’ Advances ideas beyond the conventional and engages teams and clients effectively throughout the process.
β’ Assigns tasks as necessary to project teams and oversees the creative workflow and deliverables from initial concept to final execution.
β’ Upholds and enhances Article Group standards and procedures for audience-centric visual storytelling in both slide and motion design.
β’ Develops storyboards for animated sequences as required, following Article Group's best practices for motion design.
β’ Collaborates directly with client stakeholders to workshop ideas, evaluates feedback, and provides clear next steps after each client discussion.
β’ Regularly raises project risks and concerns to senior leadership at Article Group.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator), with expected knowledge in Keynote, Google Slides, and Figma. Familiarity with After Effects and Media Encoder is a plus.
β’ A minimum of 6 years of design experience, including at least 3 years in an Associate Creative Director or senior creative leadership position.
β’ A portfolio that specifically highlights keynote and large-scale event presentations is required for consideration.
β’ Proven experience leading creative execution in live event settings, maintaining poise and delivering solutions under pressure during production.
β’ Mastery of PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), alongside working knowledge of Keynote, Google Slides, and Figma.
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor designers, motion designers, and other creative professionals across various levels, providing direct, actionable feedback that enhances the work.
β’ Experience in cross-functional collaboration, particularly in partnership with strategy and account leads.
β’ COVID-19 considerations: We began as a distributed team and have smoothly transitioned to 100% remote work. Once it is completely safe to work in and commute to our offices, we will reopen, while maintaining flexibility for remote collaboration.
