This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conceptualize and develop innovative ideas: Campaigns, content, brand experiences, and various forms of advertising that may be difficult to articulate.
• Serve as a custodian of the brand’s visual identity, consistently aiming for excellence and uniformity in all your endeavors.
• Collaborate effectively: Partner with writers, designers, producers, cross-functional colleagues, stakeholders, and more. You recognize that exceptional work arises from a healthy, symbiotic partnership.
• Be well-versed in advertising and design in all forms. Your contributions will be pivotal to our social media channels.
• Follow a standard operating procedure: Treat each other well while being demanding of the work we produce.
• A minimum of five to eight years of experience in a creative setting—either in an agency or on the brand side—with a portfolio showcasing original ideas, impeccable craftsmanship, and bold risks.
• An idea generator with a strong aesthetic sense and outstanding design abilities. You are not just a conceptual innovator, but a top-tier craftsman.
• A production enthusiast with experience across projects of varied scales—from quick content shoots to comprehensive campaign initiatives.
• Inquisitive by nature. You stay attuned to cultural trends and the current zeitgeist.
• Passionate about The Work. You are determined to bring remarkable ideas to life.
• Able to switch seamlessly between macro and micro perspectives—no project is too small to approach with enthusiasm.
