This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Work in close collaboration with the VP of Growth, who is responsible for strategy, targeting, offers, and testing priorities.
• Spearhead the design of landing pages and execution of user experience from initial concept to final implementation.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and elements that build trust.
• Develop and manage a scalable pipeline of creative assets.
• Oversee the production of paid advertising creatives across Meta, Google Display, and various video formats.
• Craft messaging for all performance channels, encompassing headlines, hooks, and calls to action (CTAs).
• Generate a high volume of creative testing variations weekly and iterate swiftly based on performance data.
• Ensure alignment of creative messaging across media channels, ensuring each campaign or initiative connects clearly to the broader business narrative.
• Exceptional ability to prioritize speed and output while upholding high-quality standards.
• Demonstrated experience in performance creative, with hands-on production of paid ad creative for Meta, Google Display, YouTube, landing pages, and conversion-focused content.
• Strong instincts in messaging, capable of transforming business objectives into compelling creative that drives conversions.
• Experience with direct-to-consumer (DTC), eCommerce, or subscription-based brands.
• Comprehensive understanding of conversion psychology, including hooks, scroll-stopping content, click-through optimization, and offer positioning.
• Proven track record of creating multiple creative variations weekly and quickly refining them based on performance insights.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in coordinating creative efforts across various media channels within a unified campaign narrative.
• Familiarity with healthcare marketing, including compliance considerations and sensitivity to health-related topics.
• Background working within or in conjunction with a paid growth function.
• Base Salary: $130,000 to $170,000 USD, depending on experience. Candidates with directly relevant DTC or performance creative backgrounds might be considered for the higher end of the range.

• Fully remote position. No physical location is required. Open to candidates across the US, with a preference for Central or Eastern time zone working hours.
