This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Lead the vision, voice, and creative representation of the H&R Block brand.
• Shape and advance the brand’s creative identity.
• Collaborate with Brand Strategy and GTM teams to influence briefs and craft narratives.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 10 years of experience in creative leadership, advertising, or brand marketing.
• Demonstrated experience in leading integrated marketing campaigns.
• Experience in leading and nurturing multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Capability to balance long-term brand development with performance-focused marketing objectives.
• Strong skills in influencing, communication, and collaboration.
