Director, Product Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy and roadmap for product design.

• Establish a design practice centered around AI.

• Act as a mentor for a group of Product Designers.

• Promote teamwork and innovation within the design team.

• Manage the creation of a comprehensive design system.

• Keep up-to-date with design trends and methodologies.

• Build relationships with key stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required experience in B2B SaaS.

• Proven experience in integrating AI tools into the design process.

• Over 7 years of practical experience as a Product Designer or in a comparable design position.

• More than 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience.

• A strong portfolio showcasing your leadership, design, and delivery of projects.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similarly relevant field.
