This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
β’ Manage rate loading inquiries and tickets submitted to the ARI Intake board, overseeing the process from initial triage to final resolution β ensuring accuracy, timely responses, and effective communication with stakeholders for each request.
β’ Analyze, diagnose, and resolve intricate rate discrepancies across our supply systems, which include GDS-sourced rates and directly loaded property content.
β’ Develop and maintain SQL queries in our data warehouse to confirm rate accuracy, highlight coverage gaps, and respond to ad-hoc inquiries from Sales, Partnerships, and Supply leadership.
β’ Create Python scripts and automation solutions to optimize repetitive rate-loading and auditing processes β minimizing manual tasks and enhancing consistency.
β’ Oversee and enhance Salesforce-based reporting and workflows utilized to monitor partner rate programs, requests, and their lifecycle.
β’ Generate weekly and monthly dashboards that track rate quality, coverage, and operational performance relative to SLAs.
β’ Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Supply leadership to convert rate signals into actionable steps β identifying risks, suggesting interventions, and aiding in the prioritization of engineering and partner outreach.
β’ Develop and manage SOPs and process documentation as rate operations expand.
β’ Recognize opportunities for automation and process improvements and drive them to completion in collaboration with Engineering and Data.
β’ A minimum of 3 years in a technical operations, business analyst, or analytics role β preferably with experience in rate management, pricing operations, or inventory management.
β’ Proficient in SQL β capable of independently writing queries against a modern data warehouse (such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery) to investigate and validate data.
β’ Practical experience with Salesforce β including reports, dashboards, and ideally basic flow or object configuration.
β’ Proficiency in Python β comfortable writing scripts to manipulate data, interact with APIs, and automate repetitive tasks. (You donβt need to be a software engineer, but you should be able to write real, reusable code.)
β’ Strong analytical skills combined with a proactive ownership mentality β βdriver, not passenger.β
β’ Excellent command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively across U.S.-based Sales, Supply, and Engineering teams.
β’ Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workload in a dynamic environment.
