This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Formulate and implement a strategic plan for the territory
• Develop and enhance distribution partnerships
• Stimulate demand among contractors
• Attain volume growth while upholding pricing discipline
• Establish and sustain a consistent operational rhythm
• Utilize cross-functional resources to provide customer solutions
• Identify and chase new business prospects
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with distributor and contractor partners
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar field
• Proven track record of managing the complete sales cycle
• Experience in developing and implementing territory or customer strategies
• Capability to handle multiple customer relationships and priorities
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness and capacity to travel within the designated territory (approximately 40–50%)
